Who is World Balance?

World Balance offers quality and well-designed footwear and apparel at an affordable price. We make people, products, and life better by providing value and comfort to our customers from different walks of life.

How to ship outside the Philippines?

Unfortunately, we only ship orders in the Philippines.
You may ask a friend or relative to receive the order in your behalf then have him/her ship it to you instead.

What are the AVAILABLE payment methods? 

There are different ways on how you can pay for your orders. 

1. PAYPAL EXPRESS - you may pay with your credit/debit cards.
Express checkouts save customer payment and shipping information so that returning customers can more quickly complete payment for their orders. 

2. PAYPAL - Search for the email, wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph to pay manually. 

3. BDO Bank payment - CHG Global Inc with account number 001600143537 and send proof of payment to wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph

Proof of payment should be submitted and verified before we can process your orders.

4. TENDOPAY - is an installment plan solution that gives you the convenience to buy now and pay later for your online purchases in 2 to 12-month installments. To know more, please visit, https://tendopay.ph/faq

5. PAYMONGO - you may pay with your credit/debit card or GCASH.

6. DRAGONPAY - you may pay with your GCASH, GRABPAY, SHOPEE PAY and PAYMAYA.

7. BILLEASE - is a buy now, pay later app that offers customers the convenience of paying for their purchases through easy monthly installments, with the flexibility to choose between interest-free or interest-bearing options, all without the need for a debit or credit card. 8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds could be done in the following ways:

  • GCASH
  • BANK Deposit
  • PAYPAL
How to return/exchange the item?
  • Your item is eligible for a return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
    a. Within 30 days of delivery date
    b. Invoice available
    c. Original condition & tags intact
    d. Original packaging
  • Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to WBCares@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
  • Should you wish to exchange or return an item due to wrong item delivered, we will shoulder all the shipping costs that will incur.
  • Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.
How much is the shipping fee?
  • There is free shipping available with a minimum purchase of P 1,500.
  • P100 shipping fee apply for P 1,499 below nationwide.
How long is the delivery time?
  • Within Metro Manila 2 to 3 business days from the pick-up date
  • Outside Metro Manila 5 to 10 business days from the pick-up date

What is WB Club?

WB Club is the rewards and loyalty program of World Balance that lets members earn rewards every time they shop in-store, online, or through the World Balance App.

Who can join WB Club?

Anyone can apply for a free membership and start earning points on eligible purchases.

How can I join WB Club?

Download the World Balance App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create an account. You may also register through the official World Balance website.
Start shopping with a minimum spend of ₱1,000 (after discounts) to begin earning rewards.

How would I know if I am an existing member of WB Club?

You will receive a welcome email upon successful enrollment. During registration, you will also be notified if your email address or mobile number is already associated with an existing account.

What can I do on the app?

You can:
• Track your WB Points

• Redeem rewards

• View promotions and exclusive offers

• Manage your membership profile

• Access app-exclusive benefits

How do I update my account information?

You can update your details through your account profile in the World Balance App.

How do I unlock higher membership statuses?

Membership status is based on accumulated annual spend (after discounts).

Silver: ₱1,000
Gold: ₱10,000
Platinum: ₱20,000

Members are automatically upgraded once the required spend threshold is reached.

Downgrade Rule If annual spend falls below ₱1,000, the member will lose access to WB Club benefits. If annual spend is ₱1,000 to ₱7,499, the account will return to Silver. If annual spend falls below ₱1,000, the member will lose access to WB Club benefits. If annual spend is ₱7,500 to ₱14,999, the account will return to Gold. If ₱1,000 to ₱7,499, the account will return to Silver. If annual spend falls below ₱1,000, the member will lose access to WB Club benefits.
Does my membership status expire?

Your membership status does not expire, but it is reviewed periodically. To maintain your status, you must meet the applicable annual spending requirement. Failure to do so may result in a downgrade to the appropriate tier.

What are my birthday benefits?

During your birthday month, you will receive:

• A one-time-use birthday voucher code

• 2x WB Points on all eligible purchases

What are WB Points?

WB Points are rewards earned from eligible purchases made through official World Balance stores, the World Balance website, and the World Balance App.

How do I earn WB Points?

WB Points are earned on eligible purchases with a minimum spend of ₱1,000 (after discounts). The number of points earned depends on your membership status.
WB Points are awarded in whole numbers only. If the calculated points include a fraction, the fractional amount will not be awarded.

I forgot my membership details or don’t have access to my app. Can I still earn points?

Yes. Simply provide your registered mobile number or email address at checkout. You may also present your membership QR code to store personnel to have your purchase credited to your WB Club account.

How can I check my WB Points balance?

You may check your balance through the World Balance App or by visiting any participating World Balance store.

How do I redeem WB Points?

You may redeem your WB Points at checkout in participating stores, through the official World Balance website, or via the World Balance App.

Is there a minimum redemption requirement?

No. There is no minimum redemption requirement.

Is there a limit to how many WB Points I can earn or redeem?

No. There is no limit to the number of WB Points you may earn or redeem.

Can I transfer my WB Points to someone else?

No. WB Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

When do my WB Points expire?

WB Points expire two (2) years from the date they are earned. Since points expire individually based on their earning date, they will not all expire at the same time.

Can my membership account be deleted?

Yes. Membership accounts may be permanently deleted due to prolonged inactivity.
Accounts with no purchase for thirteen (13) consecutive months will be tagged as inactive. Inactive accounts for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be permanently removed from the system.

How can I keep my account active?

Simply log in to your account and make a qualifying purchase of at least Ph 1000, after discounts before the inactivity period ends.

My account has been deactivated. Can I rejoin WB Club?

Yes. You may re-enroll in WB Club at any time. Your re-enrollment will be treated as a new membership application. Please note that any previously earned membership status, benefits, rewards, and WB Points will no longer be available and cannot be restored or reinstated.

Can I still refund an item after using the WB Points earned from that purchase?

No. Once the WB Points earned from a purchase have been redeemed, the item is generally no longer eligible for a refund. Subject to the applicable Return and Exchange Policy, you may exchange the item instead. Redeemed WB Points cannot be credited back to your account.

I bought an item using WB Points as partial or full payment. Can I get a refund for this item?

No. Items purchased using WB Points, whether as partial or full payment, are generally not eligible for a refund. Subject to the applicable Return and Exchange Policy, you may exchange the item instead. Redeemed WB Points cannot be credited back to your account.
